William M. Cooper

Cooper and George Milmine Cooper also appeared in the household. He was found on a passenger list arriving 18 June 1888 on board the Umbria, port of New York City, New York, USA. Rebecca Cooper and George Milmine Cooper were travelling with him. He was registered as William M.
