Lydia Ann Arnold

    Lydia Ann Arnold was born on Tuesday, 18 April 1854 at Upper Canada. She appeared on the census of 1861 in the household of Peter Arnold at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She appeared on the census of 1871 in the household of Abigail Card at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She was enumerated as: Arnold, Lydia, female, age 16, born Ontario, Primitive Methodist, of English origin. She and John Henry Winterstein, son of Joseph Winterstein and Jemima Wesley, were married by Joseph Markham on Monday, 22 March 1875. Isabella Arnold and Silas James Winterstein witnessed the marriage.
     Lydia died on Wednesday, 20 May 1925 at Kinloss, Bruce Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 71 years, 1 month and 2 days of pernicious anaemia. She was buried on Friday, 22 May 1925 in Greenhill Cemetery, Lucknow, Bruce Co., Ontario, Canada.
