Isabella Arnold

    Isabella Arnold was born in 1856 at Upper Canada. She appeared on the census of 1861 in the household of Peter Arnold at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She is recorded as: Isabella Arnold, born Upper Canada, Methodist, age 5, female, female family member. She appeared on the census of 1871 in the household of Abigail Card at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She was enumerated as: Arnold, Isabela, female, age 15, born Ontario, Primitive Methodist, of English origin, going to school. She and Silas James Winterstein, son of Joseph Winterstein and Jemima Wesley, were married by George Jacob Reeve on Wednesday, 29 August 1877. James Enoch Arnold and Mary Jane Reynolds witnessed the marriage.
     Isabella died on Friday, 11 July 1919 at Zephyr, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 63 years from an internal cerebral hemorrhage. James Enoch Arnold was listed as the informant. Dr. H. E. Johnson was the attending physician. She was buried on Monday, 14 July 1919 in Zephyr Zion Cemetery, Zephyr, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.
