    John Hale was born on Saturday, 3 March 1804 at Ontario, Canada. John was the oldest son of Henry Hale who was the oldest son of Eliphalet Hale. He witnessed the marriage of Mary Cairns and William Fulton Arnold, Tuesday, 11 January 1848 Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada. He appeared as household head on the census of 1852 at Etobicoke Twp., York Co., Ontario, Canada.
